  • How can I buy the item I like?

    Shopping at omgisperfect.com is easy!
    To see the list of items click upon any of the links in the top menu to choose the right page, you may wish as well to use the bottom menu to shop all the items or to navigate quickly. Once you have selected the item, click on its image or name for a more detailed description. If you wish to buy it, press the yellow button “Add to cart”. Now the item is added to your shopping cart. 

    To proceed with your order click upon the image of your shopping cart at the top of the page, check your items and click “Checkout” for checkout.
  • Should I sign up to make a purchase?

    If you wish you may of course, however it's not necessary. You can make purchases here at omgisperfect.com without signing up. However, if authorised, you will get access to your personal account and the following advantages:

    • viewing order history and order status tracking;
    • generating a favorites list, adding favorite products, including those sold;
    • saving your address and other contact details for future orders;
    • using your club card for a discount.
  • Is my data safe?

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    Do not worry if you do not remember your password, you can easily restore it!
    Click upon the link “Sign in” on any page of the website and in the popup window choose the option “Forgot password?”. Fill in your username or your e-mail, that you indicated when signing up and press “Send”. After the form is sent you will receive the email with the information about how to generate a new password.
  • What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe to enter my credit card information?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, e-currency, Paypal.

    To make a payment using your credit card we will forward you the Paymaster service for your payment processing. After the payment you will be redirected back to the store.

  • What regions/countries do you ship items to?

    We ship items worldwide. 
  • How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

    We use express shipping to deliver your item the soonest possible. You can see the shipping cost before you make your order, after you have filled in your shipping address.

  • Can the items be shipped to multiple addresses?

    Please choose a single address per order. If you wish items to be shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

    If you wish to cancel your order you can do so on your personal account page by choosing the option on “My orders” page.
    To make other changes to your order, please contact us by phone +7 (812) 458-46-85 or by writing to our e-mail customercare@omgisperfect.com. Our manager will make the necessary changes to your order.
  • How can I track my order?

    Sign in to your personal account and choose the page “My orders”. Here you can track your orders status and view the history of your orders.
    Besides, if your order status has changed you will receive an e-mail.
  • How do I return or exchange a product?

    To return the item you need to prepare the documents and the items you wish to return and send them to our address. Read more about the refunding procedure on the “Returns” page.
  • Will the cost of the item be refunded if I decide to return the item?

    If the item is returned with all necessary documents, unused and with all item tags, you the total cost of the items ordered (except the shipping cost) will be refunded to the banking account specified in the application form.
